Hotel policies
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in is from 1:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM is charged at 50% of the published rate; beyond 6:00 PM the full nightly rate applies. Subject to availability.
Children & extra guests
- A child below 5 years sharing the bed with parents stays free of charge.
- Children aged 5–12 sharing the room are charged ₹2,000 + taxes per night.
- Guests above 12 years are treated as adults and can share the room at ₹1,500 + taxes per night.
Booking & payment
- Bookings are confirmed against a 100% advance payment.
- Guests are requested to settle any outstanding bills at the time of check-out.
- A signing facility is extended to corporate accounts with an approved credit facility — please contact us to arrange.
Cancellations & modifications
- Cancellation terms depend on the rate you book and are shown clearly before you pay on our secure booking page.
- For any cancellation or modification made before 15 days of the arrival date, the first night is charged as retention.
- Payment gateway charges are deducted on all cancellations and refunds.
Taxes
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable on room charges as per government regulations. Any future taxes levied by the government will apply without prior notice.
Transfers
- One-way transfers between the airport and Sasha's in a standard car cost ₹3,000 and can be arranged with prior notice.
